Why this branch exists
Fast internal orientation, not a replacement transportation system
The conservative RPS Bus Map Viewer remains the upload → review → approve tool. This private branch intentionally freezes a best-effort district snapshot so staff can see what a unified map could feel like. Yellow flags preserve uncertainty instead of blocking the visualization.
RPS boundary: students must ride their assigned bus; transportation is based on the student’s home address. Proximity on this map is evidence for staff review, not an assignment decision.
